The carols of Christmas are so familiar and important that their Advent and Ep iphany counterparts are sometimes overlooked in collections. But equally impor tant to the Christmas season are those Advent carols that peacefully and joyou sly anticipate the birth of Christ or those that warmly and gladly offer glory and praise to the Savior during Epiphany! So we offer Carols Before Carols Af ter to supplement your existing collections and to offer arrangements of some lesser-known carols for these two important seasons in the church year. Of med ium difficulty, all selections are easily accessible to organists accustomed t o reading on three staves, are timed and include suggested registrations.
